Affiliate Marketing Coordinator
About the role
JLS PR is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to be the operational backbone of the affiliate marketing team. This is a backend-focused role where you’ll manage affiliate platforms, ensure data accuracy, monitor performance metrics, and support ongoing client initiatives. You’ll also be expected to communicate clearly, stay organized, and be proactive in flagging issues or identifying growth opportunities. JLS PR is in-office 4 days a week in Lohi, Denver, CO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update affiliate platform data across multiple tools (Impact, AWIN, Levanta, etc.)
- Monitor and clean up unauthorized coupon codes
- Pull and organize performance data into reports and dashboards
- Maintain link accuracy and tracking across programs
- Support affiliate onboarding, approvals, and rejections
- Draft clear, concise communications and client updates when needed
- Track key tasks and campaign needs, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Proactively identify data issues or process improvements
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing and contribute to client success strategy
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or program operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Impact and Levanta are required and bonus for programs like AWIN, CJ, Rakuten, Amazon Creator Connections
- Comfortable working in Google Sheets or Excel with formulas and large data sets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills for emails, reports, and client documentation
