Training and Development Coordinator

Salary: $55,000-$65,000 plus sales commission

About the Role: Training and Development Coordinator

  • Responsible for designing, preparing, delivering, and evaluating professional development programs to enhance team members’ competencies and support their ongoing growth.
  • Requires expertise in instructional and program design, training delivery, and effective use of training technologies to maximize learning.
  • Directs, monitors, and analyzes sales activities of enterprise sales staff, including use of CRM platform (Nutshell).
  • Conducts sales calls and meetings with existing and prospective clients to identify training needs and explore “upselling” opportunities.
  • Participates in trade shows, community fairs, and networks with community providers to promote training offerings.
  • Supports assessment and analysis of current and anticipated learning and development requirements for community learners and customers.
  • Conducts follow-up evaluations and surveys to assess training effectiveness and outcomes, using feedback to enhance program content and materials.
  • Designs and delivers programs that foster vision, leadership, and teamwork, promote high employee morale, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements and from funding sources.
  • Maintains and updates training materials based on participant and management feedback; offers innovative ideas for continual improvement.
  • Handles administrative tasks such as maintaining the training database, processing new hire and termination data, managing and distributing materials, maintaining employee training files, and processing enrollment forms.
  • Maintains training logs, grades assessments, completes class rosters, and responds promptly and courteously to training-related inquiries and sales activities.
  • Performs all job functions with a strong commitment to safety and security, adhering to organizational risk management protocols, using proper safety equipment, complying with all health, safety, and security procedures, participating in disaster preparedness activities and required safety training sessions.
  • Provides excellent customer service in all dealings and interactions.
  • Consistently represents and promotes the organization’s culture and values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources specializing in training/development or organizational management, Marketing, Business, Education or related field.
  • Minimum of four years’ related experience in providing training and education to organization/corporations/schools.
  • Experience in sales capacity is strongly desired.
  • Must be able to pass PCM Training as a trainer. Training will be provided within the first six months of employment.
  • Must be able to pass CPR and First Aid as a trainer. Training will be provided within the first three months of employment.
  • Demonstrates proficiency and effectiveness in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management and ability to handle high volume multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Provider Pro and Nutshell preferred.
  • Valid FL driver’s license and successful level II background check, physical and drug screen.
