Call Center Data Collection Interviewer -DOL
Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Data Collection Interviewer for an upcoming opportunity with the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging call center technologies, identifying trends, and pinpointing areas for improvement to drive operational efficiencies while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Location: Washington, D.C.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support related to data submissions
- Meet or exceed service and operational goals established for the call center, including quality and productivity
- Communicates concise and accurate information, following operational procedures.
- Manually enters data received at the National Office and resolves data quality issues.
- Adheres to daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- High School diploma or equivalent plus two years cuof stomer service experience.
- Two years of experience using Microsoft Office suite or equivalent software.
- Experience using the internet for research.
