We're rapidly expanding through our franchising model and need an energetic and goal-driven intern to help us scale our sales efforts.
Position Overview:
As we expand nationwide through franchising, we’re hiring a sharp, articulate Franchise Growth Advisor to host 15 min discovery calls on Zoom/Google Meet calls with pre-qualified leads who are interested in owning a Pod Plug franchise.
This is not a closing role. You’ll take over after our appointment setter books the call. Your job is to run the Discovery Call, which is a structured, consultative session to understand the lead’s goals, introduce the Pod Plug franchise model, and hand off qualified candidates to our Head of Business Development for final presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Host Google Meet calls with inbound & outbound leads (pre-set by our team - no cold calling)
- Follow a detailed, proven Discovery Call script to:
- Qualify leads financially and motivationally
- Educate them on the franchise model and timeline
- Set up the Launch Presentation with our Head of Business Development
- Update CRM, log call notes, send branded email follow-ups
- Manage calendar, coordinate second meetings, and confirm attendance
- Handle 8-12 calls/day, Monday to Friday, with optional weekend availability
- Achieve franchise conversion KPIs and maintain a professional approach to selling Pod Plug's franchise opportunities
Who We Are Looking For:
- 1+ years in sales, BDR, SDR, or business development roles
- Comfortable guiding prospects toward a vision, building rapport, and qualifying with precision
- Skilled at handling objections with empathy and confidence
- Organized, tech-savvy, proactive, self-starter, and can run your own day
- 1+ year CRM Experience with platforms like Hubspot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel.

Compensation
- Base pay, plus:
- $10 bonus per Launch Presentation booked
- $5 bonus per Launch Presentation show
Schedule
- Remote, Full-Time
- You choose your 8-hour shift between 9am and 9pm EST
- Weekends optional (bonus incentive for Saturday/Sunday calls)
