
Full-Time Insurance Office Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a Full-Time Insurance Office Administrative Assistant.
This onsite office position is located near North Star Mall and works 9-5 M-F.
The job duties include:
Assisting clients with existing policies and enrollment of new plans (verbal skills)
Data entry using Salesforce CRM and carrier-specific software (light to moderate typing)
5% on-site client contact; the rest will be by phone or electronically
Background check required
This position is for permanent admin, but it’s possible to grow beyond this role to agent status.
