About the Role:
As a Commercial Real Estate Investment Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience underwriting deals, evaluating properties, and supporting acquisition efforts. You will work directly with the company’s founder and receive in-depth training in financial modeling, market research, and investment strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the business from the ground up—and for top performers, there’s a clear path to a full-time, high-income role.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze commercial real estate opportunities through financial modeling and comp analysis

Conduct market research on industrial and income-producing properties

Assist in preparing offering memoranda, valuation reports, and pitch decks

Help manage CRM data and track lead outreach

Participate in investment discussions and internal deal review calls

Work directly with the founder on special projects and active deal flow

What We’re Looking For:

Strong interest in commercial real estate, finance, or investment

Basic understanding of financial concepts (NOI, cap rate, IRR, etc.)

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

Self-starter with strong attention to detail and work ethic

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Juniors, seniors, or recent grads preferred (all majors welcome)
