Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Obtain knowledge of products and services offered so that any Customer Support Associate is prepared to answer questions or inquiries customers and businesses may have
- Present products and services to customers, demonstrating the advanced technology systems
- Ability to build professional relationships and process sales orders with our high tech devices keeping all information confidential
- Develop an understanding of target audience to better suit the businesses needs and find the appropriate solution and service for them
- Stay up to date on all service promotions, reporting them back to upper management to increase sales margins
- Follow service and account compliance
Customer Support Associate Role Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or sales position
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform job functions and responsibilities without supervision
- Passion for customer service or technology services is a plus
- Being tech savvy is a plus but not required
