Position Summary
As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Customer Fulfillment Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through precise and proactive order management. This position serves as a vital connection between sales teams and supply chain execution—ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, the ability to navigate constant change, and a commitment to service excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete order lifecycle to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
  • Enter, verify, and follow up on customer orders in accordance with company document control procedures
  • Serve as the operational liaison within the Supply Chain team—interfacing with Sales, Production Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Finance
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, including replenishment and buying teams
  • Coordinate and contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end fiscal close activities, including reconciliation and reporting in collaboration with Finance
  • Investigate order discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or delays and communicate resolutions clearly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve fulfillment challenges and continuously improve service levels
  • Deliver timely updates and responsive support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including fill rate and on-time delivery, to ensure consistent performance against customer expectations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly growing and constantly evolving environment
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to structured processes
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong critical thinking skills
