Creator & Student Recruiter – Remote, Flexible, Commission-Based

Z Core Research is hiring creators and content-minded students to help grow our nationwide Market Research Team. We're a Gen Z-powered research firm that connects college students with paid remote gigs giving feedback to brands through surveys, product testing, and focus groups.

As part of our Creator Program, you’ll use your platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) or personal network to help bring in new applicants. For every student who applies and is accepted from your custom referral link, you'll earn $1-$3. No upfront work- just create content, share the link, and get paid for successful referrals.

What You’ll Do:

• Create short videos or posts introducing Z Core and encouraging students to apply
• Share your custom referral link in bios, stories, and content
• Track engagement and optimize your outreach (we’ll help!)
• Collaborate with the Z Core team if you'd like creative support or ideas

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are a content creator, student leader, or just have a strong student network

Compensation:
