Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new commercial window and exterior cleaning contracts. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The Commercial Sales and Marketing Specialist will be a key contributor to our company's growth by expanding our client base and promoting our comprehensive range of exterior maintenance services.
This position is a full-time hybrid role located in the McKinney-Allen-Wylie but allows for some remote work. The position is structured as approximately 75% Commercial Sales activities and 25% Marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Sales (75%):
- Manage client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their facility needs.
- Generate new leads and identify new commercial clients for window and exterior surface cleaning needs.
- Conduct sales presentations and provide customized solutions.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Track sales activities and report on progress.
Marketing Activities (25%):
- Marketing Strategy & Budgeting: Collaborate directly with the owner to analyze market trends, evaluate marketing opportunities, and make informed decisions on the allocation and expenditure of marketing funds to maximize ROI.
- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage content strategies across all company social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). This includes content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, monitoring analytics, and staying current with platform best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of facility/property management services is a plus.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the building maintenance industry is a plus.
