We are seeking a passionate, creative, and driven Marketing Intern to join our team and help us amplify our mission. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit marketing, digital campaigns, social media management, and community outreach. As a Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our marketing team and contribute to efforts that directly impact the lives of youth and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for Turning Point’s programs and events.
- Support social media content creation, management, and engagement across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and graphics.
- Assist with event planning, promotion, and follow-up.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for social impact, youth development, and family support.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
