National Account Sales Representative
We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who’s just starting their sales career and wants to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients, helping to generate interest and set the stage for our sales team to close the deal.
What does your day-to-day look like?
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to spark interest in our services
- Ask the right questions to understand client needs and determine if they’re a good fit
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales team
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth hand-off
- Keep detailed records of all outreach and conversations in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Learn and speak confidently about our asset management software
- Hit monthly and quarterly targets for outreach and lead generation
- Take feedback and continuously improve your sales approach
What qualifies you?
- Someone who wants a career in sales.
- Strong communication and people skills
- Interest in a long-term career in sales or business development
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Dependable and accountable
- Team player with a self-starter mindset
- Experience with Salesforce or commercial real estate is a plus, but not required
