Job Title: Media & Content Intern (Paid Internship)

Location: Montgomery, AL | In-person

Compensation: $11/hour | 20 hours/week

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

 

Overview

Maximized Growth LLC is seeking a creative and reliable Media & Content Intern for a part-time, paid internship. This opportunity is ideal for a student or emerging professional looking to build their portfolio while gaining hands-on experience in media, marketing, and leadership event support. The intern will work on project-based assignments within a structured, in-person schedule.

 

Key Content Pillars & Responsibilities

 

1. Visual Content Creation

  • Design branded slide decks and visuals for courses and workshops using Canva and PowerPoint
  • Support video production days by preparing and managing visual assets in StreamYard
  • Help capture and organize photos and videos for internal and external use

 

2. Social Media & Engagement

  • Create short-form content such as reels, stories, and “day-in-the-life” posts
  • Edit and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Assist in maintaining a basic social media calendar and archiving footage

 

3. Digital Graphics & Communications

  • Design promotional graphics for newsletters, email campaigns, and branded outreach
  • Prepare print-ready assets for events, signage, and course packets
  • Support visual design needs tied to internal and client-facing communications

 

4. Workshop & Course Preparation

  • Print, assemble, and pack participant handouts and resource folders
  • Organize materials for live trainings, including signage and facilitator kits
  • Ensure readiness for delivery days with checklist-based prep

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Interest in visual design, digital storytelling, and event production
  • Proficient in Canva and PowerPoint (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
  • Eager to learn, open to feedback, and works well in a team environment
