Administrative Assistant/Meeting Planner [3722]

Association seeks a permanent Administrative Assistant/Meeting Planner to coordinate logistics for conferences and events. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onsite and virtual meeting logistics, handling registration and room setup. 
  • Develop and track timelines for senior leadership and planning committees.
  • Generate attendee lists, evaluations, and event tickets.
  • Prepare meeting supplies and sponsorship items. 
  • Coordinate webinars and maintain event websites. 
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.  

 

Qualifications:

  • Effectively manages and prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Experience using CRM databases.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree. 
  • Previous experience coordinating event and meeting logistics. 
  • Ability to travel as needed.
     

Salary: $75,000 per year.
