Administrative Assistant/Meeting Planner [3722]
Association seeks a permanent Administrative Assistant/Meeting Planner to coordinate logistics for conferences and events.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onsite and virtual meeting logistics, handling registration and room setup.
- Develop and track timelines for senior leadership and planning committees.
- Generate attendee lists, evaluations, and event tickets.
- Prepare meeting supplies and sponsorship items.
- Coordinate webinars and maintain event websites.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Effectively manages and prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
- Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting platforms.
- Experience using CRM databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience coordinating event and meeting logistics.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Salary: $75,000 per year.
