
Event Coordinator
The event coordinator executes and coordinates planning and implementation of training, program, board and other ad hoc events and functions. This position works with the Children’s Trust team, Board of Directors, and volunteers to collaboratively plan high quality events and functions of varying sizes and purposes. S/he will help to identify and facilitate discussion and decisions about issues affecting events ensuringthat high standards and strategic priorities are reflected in the planning and presentation of events.
Coordinate and guide the planning and execution of the Building Hope for Children biennial conference; engage contracted partners and internal collaboration; manage budget and ensure CEUs are offered; guide and direct the documentation of plans and processes essential to the development and execution of the Building Hope for Children biennial Conference.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimumof three years event planningwith one year of office administrative support experience.

Hiring Range – Based on three years of experience.
Min: $64,482 Max: $68,842
