Job Title: Data Engineer (2+ Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Data Engineer with 2+ years of professional experience to help design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data integration, data modeling, and modern data engineering practices using cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and workflows using tools like Apache Airflow, Spark, or cloud-native solutions.

Ingest data from various structured and unstructured sources and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality.

Design and implement data storage solutions using relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, PostgreSQL).

Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to support reporting and analytical use cases.

Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance and scalability.

Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a Data Engineering or related role.

Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

Experience with ETL/ELT development and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt).

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and their data services.

Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data lake architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with large-scale data systems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).

Exposure to real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures.

Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
