Influencer Marketing Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

Team Epiphany is looking for a NYC-based intern to join our Talent Department! The Influencer Marketing Intern will assist the Directorof Influencer Engagement and Talent Department with...

  • Conducting influencer research & outreach
  • Tracking, calculating, and reporting metrics for social platforms like TikTok & Instagram
  • Maintaining and updating event guest-lists, agency lists, and seeding kit trackers
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

 

SCHEDULE

This internship will begin ASAP and last 3 months with the possibility of extension or conversion to fulltime following its completion.Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule (3x/week) at our NYC office and commit 40 hours/week. Rate is $16.50/hour.

 

WHAT MAKES A GREAT CANDIDATE

  • Background in a creative field such as Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, with a focus in Influencer/Talent strategy.
  • Prior experience on a talent team, especially in an agency setting, is a strong plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with all major social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram
  • Experience analyzing and reporting on social media metrics and performance data
  • Self-motivated with a strong eagerness to learn
  • Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Passion for current trends and pop culture
