Job Title: Executive Assistant & Sales + Marketing Lead

About Us:
The Jewelry Edit is a growing e-commerce jewelry boutique committed to responsible luxury and storytelling through design. We’re a small, passionate team looking for a dynamic, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. We also launched a 501(c)(3) foundation, and this role offers exposure to the nonprofit space — including opportunities to engage with a high-profile board.

The Role:
This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized, self-motivated multitasker who enjoys variety in their day-to-day. You’ll serve as the right hand to the founder while also leading sales and marketing efforts across digital and in-person channels. If you’re part EA, part brand-builder, and part sales closer — this role was made for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Manage calendars and appointments for the founder
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and logistics
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks with discretion and efficiency
  • Support project management across departments

Sales

  • Manage wholesale and retail accounts, respond to inquiries, and maintain client relationships
  • Manage inventory
  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities from events, outreach, and online engagement
  • Support trunk shows, trade shows, and pop-up events with prep and on-site presence
  • Supervise the web team’s work on maintaining and optimizing the website.

Marketing

  • Oversee our email team and help execute marketing campaigns across email, social, and website channels
  • Oversee the social media team, running the content calendar and collaborating on asset creation
  • Help grow brand visibility through partnerships, PR outreach, and influencer marketing
  • Monitor marketing analytics and adjust tactics as needed

You Bring:

  • Experience in an executive support, marketing, or sales role
  • A “no task too big or small” attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Shopify, and CRM/email platforms
  • A love for design, fashion, or luxury a major plus
