Marketing Intern

El Paso Professional Resume is seeking a Marketing Intern to support our visibility and content strategy. You will help manage social media, write SEO-focused blog content, and assist with campaign performance tracking. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly impact growth and lead generation.

We’re looking for someone with tenacity, curiosity, and creativity—someone who takes initiative, follows through, and is eager to solve problems through writing and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and schedule social media posts, reels, and stories for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

Write keyword-optimized blog posts on job search, resume tips, and federal hiring

Assist with repurposing content 

Monitor performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness

Use tools like Canva or Adobe to create basic visuals or video clips

Qualifications:

Strong writing and editing skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and SEO principles

Professional tone and attention to detail

Organized, reliable, and communicative

Experience with Canva or other simple design tools is a plus

Experience or insight in social media marketing and data analytics—especially related to user behavior and content performance—is a strong plus
