Production Assistant

The Office Assistant plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations that keep projects organized and moving efficiently. They serve as the central point for coordination between design, production, logistics, and client communication, helping ensure that both the office and the shop run smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities:

Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage general communications.

Organize and maintain digital and physical project files, receipts, and documentation.

Assist with scheduling meetings, deliveries, and installation timelines.

Track purchase orders, invoices, and expenses for accounting support.

Order and manage office supplies, tools, and materials inventory.

Support project managers with quotes, proposals, and timelines.

Help with travel coordination, vendor communication, and permits when needed.

Keep the office space tidy, organized, and stocked.

Support the team during on-site installs and breakdowns when needed.

Run errands, pick up materials, and coordinate deliveries.
