We’re hiring an Intern to support our talent and growth teams. You’ll start in a part-time, remote role this fall focused on recruiting, and if it’s a great fit, grow into a full-time role in 2026 with layered-in sales training and travel opportunities.

You’ll get hands-on exposure to the front lines of a fast-growing company and help us build a top-tier team. For someone who’s curious about recruiting, sales, and entrepreneurship, and who loves connecting with people, this role offers meaningful experience with strong growth potential.

What You'll Do (Fall 2025 and beyond)
Recruiting Focus: 15-20 hrs/week

  • Apprentice under a seasoned career recruiter, gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition and hiring strategy
  • Review resumes + screen applicants
  • Join and eventually lead first interviews
  • Help schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Conduct different types of reference/background checks + score assessments
  • Learn the systems behind a high-performing recruiting engine

     

What You'll Do (Spring 2026 and beyond)
Sales Training & Expansion to Full-Time

  • Join a high-performing sales team and gain hands-on experience while learning directly from knowledgeable sales professionals
  • Call and connect with warm leads
  • Book intro calls for the sales team
  • Support post-event follow-up and calendar coordination
  • Learn Salesforce, sales processes, and pipeline tools
  • Get real experience that builds into a career in sales or recruiting

  • You have a genuine interest in or passion for entrepreneurship or small business
  • You care about making an impact and being part of a mission-driven team
  • Bonus Points for Experience with CRMs (like Salesforce) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (like Greenhouse)
