Temporary Bookkeeping Assistant Intern
Organization: Clarkston Community Center
Location: Clarkston, GA (in-person)
Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Part-time, flexible (5–10 hours/week)

Description:
The Clarkston Community Center is seeking a part-time intern to support our Office Manager with financial and administrative tasks. This is a short-term opportunity, ideal for a student studying accounting, business, or nonprofit management who wants hands-on experience in a nonprofit setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and digitize financial and administrative records

Enter receipts and transactions into QuickBooks Online and Google Drive

Support the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative needs

Help create a system for retrieving documents for audits or reporting

Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Other tasks as needed

Required Skills:

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace

Ability to work independently

Coursework or basic knowledge in accounting or bookkeeping

Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement

Preferred Skills:

QuickBooks Online certification

Understanding of GAAP principles
