Job Description:

As a Marketing and Outreach Intern at LAMP, you will play an essential role in advancing the organization's mission and promoting its services to various stakeholders, including healthcare, government, social services, legal, and other key sectors. LAMP, as a social enterprise, is committed to serving and empowering Limited English Proficiency (LEP) communities residing in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Through strategic outreach and engagement initiatives, you will aim to serve as a liaison, ensuring that LEP communities have access to the resources and support they need.

 

More specifically, this position focuses on CRM (Customer Relationship Management). A CRM intern plays a vital role in helping a company manage and improve its relationships with customers. This involves tasks like supporting marketing campaigns, analyzing customer data, and contributing to customer retention strategies. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be utilizing CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales opportunities, create deals, and support online recruiting efforts. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry to facilitate effective communication and relationship management.

 

Key aspects of CRM:

Data Management: Collecting and organizing customer information, such as contact details, purchase history, and communication preferences.

Customer Segmentation: Dividing customers into groups based on shared characteristics to tailor marketing and sales efforts.

Salesforce Automation: Automating tasks like lead management, email marketing, and follow-up to streamline the sales process.

Marketing Automation: Automating marketing campaigns and personalized messaging based on customer behavior and preferences.

Customer Service: Providing efficient and personalized support through various channels.

Analytics and Reporting: Tracking key metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of CRM strategies.
