Home Organization and Storage - Industrial Design Intern

Recognizing the evolving retail landscape, Deli has also made substantial strides in building its U.S. e-commerce presence on leading platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, and Temu. As we continue our rapid growth and explore new opportunities, we are committed to strengthening our U.S. e-commerce and operations team. 

Join our Home Organization and Storage team for a summer internship where you’ll gain hands-on experience designing trend-forward, retail-ready products for major U.S. retailers. This role focuses on 2D and 3D product visualization, design trend research, concept development, and rendering. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to support real projects from ideation to execution, with exposure to fast-paced retail design cycles and global production workflows. 
 

 Job Responsibility: 

• Create 2D mockups, product sketches, and packaging layouts using Adobe Creative Suite 
• Design and render 3D models for product visualization (SolidWorks, Rhino, Blender, Key Shot, etc.) 
• Support trend and seasonal concept boards with visual research and styling 
• Assist with propping, visual merchandising ideas, and design revisions 
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and international teams on active product lines 

Internship Qualifications: 

• Currently enrolled in a B.A./B.S. or B.F.A. program in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field 
• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D & 3D design skills 
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop; SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar 3D modeling tools 
• Interest in stationery, office goods, or consumer products a plus 
• Organized, curious, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment 
• Available to work ~10- 20 hours/week from our Southlake, TX office (with hybrid flexibility).
