Marketing Assistant
Looking for a highly organized, proactive marketing assistant.

Role includes:

Influencer & Media Coordination:

Research, vet, and outreach to influencers, following up with them and being on top of all the conversations.

Following up their posting.

Sometimes being on-site when needed and assisting with guest experience.

Content & Social Media:

Help edit, and organize videos and photos. Uploading them to Drive or any other platforms needed for our partners. 

Maintain organized with all the content.

Hotel & Concierge Partnerships:

Visit local hotels weekly, drop off menus when needed, keep Elia top-of-mind with concierges.

Helping tracking which hotels refer guests, also helping tracking if payments are done (if needed).

Admin & All Those Marketing Extras:

Update influencer spreadsheets.

Assisting with different aspects in SM. 

Set reminders for when creators are posting.

On-Site Help & “Whatever Comes Up” Tasks:

Be present during activations, events, or big brunches to grab BTS content.

Coordinate last-minute print needs (menus, signs, flyers).

Handle little emergencies like running out for supplies or something similar.


Proficient in English. Spanish is a plus.
