Job Type: Internship, 16 hours per week. On-Site at our offices in Pensacola, FL and Fairhope, AL (with occasional travel).
Compensation: This is a paid internship. Compensation is $14 per hour.

If so, Retina Specialty Institute (RSI) and Southern Eye Group (SEG) are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to help elevate our brand and connect with patients and employees across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop & Execute Social Media Strategies – Create engaging posts, videos, and graphics to enhance RSI/SEG’s digital presence.
- Content Creation – Shoot and edit videos, design compelling graphics, and craft content that aligns with our brand voice.
- Analytics & Insights – Track performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Internal Communication – Support employee engagement initiatives through digital channels.
- Collaborate with Leadership – Work directly with senior executives and receive valuable feedback to refine your skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- A student with a strong interest in healthcare, digital marketing, and branding.
- Creativity and an eye for engaging social media content.
- Good working knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including current trends and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with an understanding of audience engagement metrics.
- Experience or coursework in social media strategy, video editing, or graphic design (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
- Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills.
