
BRAG Internship Program
The BRAG Internship Program is a comprehensive, paid 8-10 week professional development program designed to expose high potential college rising seniors to the business of retail and fashion. The program kicks off with a mandatory five-day ‘BRAG Bootcamp,’ featuring training modules, panel discussions, a case study, and personalized mentor pairings for each student.

Internship: Interns work in a paid role alongside industry professionals to develop the essential business skills necessary for a career in retail. The goal is for each intern to receive a full time offer at the end of the internship or graduation. Our internship roles include:
- Merchandising/Buying
- Planning
- Marketing Analytics
- Data Analytics
- Digital / Ecommerce
- Store Management/Operations
- Strategy
- Product Development
- Communications
- HR
- Orientation Week: A mandatory, interactive program that includes panels, industry speakers, workshops, and networking events.
- Mentorship: Each intern is assigned a mentor who provides guidance throughout the internship and beyond.
- Case Study: Interns work in teams to research, prepare, and present a case study to senior industry executives at the end of the program. A prize is awarded to the winning team.
- Membership: Upon completion of the internship program, each intern is awarded a certificate of completion and a complimentary 1-year membership to BRAG.
Eligible undergraduate students must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents graduating in 2026 or 2027, and must be available for the entire length of the program. This program is designed for students interested only in retail and related industries.
