Client Success and Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction, and driving mutual growth.

You’ll leverage your sales expertise to boost client engagement, identify new opportunities, and increase customer retention.

The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, proactive problem-solver, and highly motivated to grow both personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of Direct Marketing Campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across campaigns
  • Help analyze market trends and track the performance of marketing efforts
  • Participate in internal training programs designed to develop future leaders

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and 18+ years of age
