Hey! I’m looking for a college girl who lives on TikTok and Instagram to help me post, manage content, and build something big across multiple brands. I run 5 companies right now, and I’m launching a podcast + apparel brand called “Dad, It’s Fine” soon. Think Call Her Daddy vibes… we’re going big. Not kidding.
- Pay:
$100/week to start
+ Bonuses for videos that hit certain views or engagement metrics
Tons of room to grow based on your skill, creativity, and willingness to show up and build

2. What I Need From You (right away):
- 5 Instagram posts per week (mix of reels and static — content will come from our customers + warehouse via Google Drive)
- 5 TikToks per week using the same content sources
Work directly with our affiliates/influencers and help coordinate handoffs to me when needed
- Help manage DMs and engagement — you’ll be integrated with our agency team (these people are pros, and you’ll learn so much from them)
- Sit in on our weekly strategy call with the DM agency and me ( You are going to be amazed at this company… its crazy awesome )

You’re a Fit If:
You’re in college and have a great feel for what works on TikTok and Instagram
You’re organized, responsive, and a little obsessed with content
You love branding, marketing, or just want to be in the room while something big is getting built
You’re based in Austin (optional in-person days if you want to meet up and work together sometimes). We will be doing future photos shoot in which you could possibly join in on.
