Sales Intern

Sales Intern (Paid + Commission) 

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Schedule: Part-time | ~20 hours/week
Compensation: $15/hour + commission opportunities

About Inbound Lever

Inbound Lever is a boutique marketing agency specializing in lead generation and growth strategy for luxury home service businesses — from landscape lighting pros to high-end pool builders. We help our clients attract more qualified leads, schedule more quotes, and close more jobs using performance-driven advertising, conversion-focused systems, and deep strategic partnerships.

We’re growing — and we’re looking for a driven Sales Intern to join our team and get hands-on experience in outbound sales, CRM operations, and real-world closing opportunities.

 

Training 

We have an excellentt training program that includes our internal team and an outside sales coach (two-weeks of initial training plus 4+ hours of training per week thereafter). 

 

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Intern, you’ll be an important part of our revenue team. You’ll work alongside experienced marketers and agency leadership to:

  • Conduct cold outreach (calls and emails) to prospects in the home services industry
  • Follow up with warm leads who have downloaded resources, filled out forms, or interacted with us
  • Set appointments for agency discovery calls or strategy sessions
  • Join and eventually lead sales calls, learning how to qualify, pitch, and close deals
  • Work inside our CRM (GoHighLevel) to manage pipelines, log activity, and track performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and lead quality feedback
