Product Manager

A global fintech company based in Santa Ana, California is looking for a Product Manager to lead the delivery of a Case Management platform within its growing Operations Technology team. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and wants to shape digital service experiences from the ground up.

Role:

🌍 Own the entire product lifecycleβ€”from roadmap to release
πŸ“‹ Translate business requirements into detailed user stories using JIRA
🧠 Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries
πŸ›  Maintain the product backlog and oversee sprint planning and delivery
πŸ“Š Perform market and tech trend research to continuously evolve the product
πŸ“ Document technical solutions and create training materials for end-users
🀝 Collaborate with global teams, including QA, development, operations, and strategy
πŸ“£ Present product updates and demos to senior leadership
πŸ“ˆ Use data-driven insights to assess business impact and guide improvements

Requirements:

πŸ§‘β€πŸŽ“ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
πŸ›  1+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with case management or orchestration platforms
πŸ’¬ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
πŸ§ͺ Familiar with Agile/Lean development methods and product lifecycle tools
πŸ“ Knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce) testing/environments is a plus
πŸ“ˆ Analytical skills with exposure to Azure, AWS, Power BI or Tableau, and SQL
πŸ’‘ Understanding of user journey mapping and product experience delivery
πŸ‘₯ Team leadership and ability to coach or guide peers
🏦 Experience in financial services or compliance is a bonus
