Finance & Insurance Manager

A nationally recognized retail and service company in the outdoor lifestyle industry is looking for a Finance & Insurance Manager to join their Woodland, WA location. If you’re an experienced F&I professional with strong closing skills, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service—this role is for you.

Role:

💼 Select and secure financing options from lenders, gain customer commitment, and manage delivery
📊 Maximize finance and insurance profit per retail unit (PVR) through strategic contract placements
🛠️ Collaborate with the sales desk to structure and finalize deals
🧾 Manage contracts in transit and ensure timely funding
📈 Track F&I performance metrics including lender and product penetration
🎓 Support ongoing training of sales team on F&I practices
📅 Lead and participate in weekly sales meetings focused on finance

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree preferred
📅 3–5 years’ experience in Finance and Insurance roles
📋 Strong menu selling experience is required
🚗 Auto or RV dealership finance experience is a big plus
🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
🤝 Strong business acumen and closing skills
📚 Proven ability to train and mentor sales teams
📋 Organized and detail-oriented
🚘 Valid driver's license required
💪 Ability to occasionally lift up to 25–50 lbs (with assistance)

💰 Total compensation range: $125,000 – $180,000+ (includes base pay + variable comp)
