
Operations Manager

Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, leading team members, and ensuring a seamless customer experience on the sales floor and back-of-house operations.
๐ Oversee all store operations including inventory accuracy, labor budgeting, shrink control, and e-commerce fulfillment
๐งพ Manage associate scheduling, performance, and development to maintain an engaged, high-performing team
๐ ๏ธ Ensure compliance with SOPs, merchandising standards, and safety policies
๐ Analyze performance data and recommend improvements to optimize productivity
๐ฅ Foster an inclusive, supportive work environment that reflects the brand's values
๐ฌ Act as a liaison with corporate partners to resolve store issues through ticketing systems
Requirements:
๐ College degree or equivalent leadership experience
๐ฅ Proven experience managing teams and store operations
๐ฃ๏ธ Strong verbal and written communication skills
๐ Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
๐ง Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities
๐งโ๐ป Familiar with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems
โ๏ธ P&L accountability and strong business acumen
๐งโโ๏ธ Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
