Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Mayfield Heights, OH (Flexible hybrid schedule)
Hours: Part-time or full-time | Paid Hourly

Marshall Flooring is a third-generation, family-owned business with a big personality and a growing digital presence. We’re looking for a creative and organized Digital Marketing Specialist to help us level up our content, campaigns, and customer engagement across all digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Write copy for posts, emails, and digital ads that match our brand voice

Organize and repurpose photos/videos from field team content

Assist with basic website updates and blog content (WordPress or similar)

Track performance and suggest ways to improve organic reach and engagement

Support email marketing and monthly newsletter campaigns

Minimum Requirements

Currently enrolled student or recent grad in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Strong writing and communication skills

Familiar with Instagram, Canva, Meta, Hubspot, and content scheduling tools

Highly organized with attention to detail

Creative thinker who’s eager to learn and contribute ideas

Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
