We’re seeking a highly motivated, relationship-focused Associate to join our Attendee
Acquisitions team to attract and secure attendees for our events and conferences. This role is ideal for sales and outreach professionals who excel at connecting with senior healthcare leaders, can communicate value, and thrive in a mission-driven, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Attendee Recruitment & Relationship Building
Drive attendance by identifying, engaging, and securing qualified healthcare leaders to
attend upcoming live events.
Conduct consultative outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to communicate the value
of participation, including thought leadership, peer networking, and supplier meetings.
Track, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators to maximize attendee
acquisition and event performance.
Build lasting relationships with executives to drive repeat attendance and long-term
engagement.
Guide prospects through event registration and prepare them for their on-site
experience.
Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM, tracking outreach efforts, follow-ups,
and confirmed registrants.
Market Research & Prospecting
Leverage our robust database, LinkedIn, news alerts, and industry research to attract
high-value audiences.
Stay current on healthcare finance trends, organizational shifts, and regulatory changes
that impact healthcare executives.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with internal teams to align attendee acquisition with the overarching
goals and event themes.
Provide attendee insights to contribute to the ongoing refinement of outreach
messaging and attendee engagement strategies.
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
Consistently meet and exceed weekly & monthly attendee recruitment and engagement
goals.
Quantifiable attendance growth achieved from actively executing strategies that attract,
engage, and retain the right audiences.
Measurable positive impacts on retention and engagement metrics from innovative
experiences, seamless touchpoints, and strategic relationship-building efforts.
Consistent and thorough, ensuring high-quality work with close attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales or outbound engagement.
Preferred experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or event sales, ideally in
attendee acquisition, delegate sales, or targeted outreach for conferences or live
events.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable speaking with
hospital and healthcare executives.
A passion for healthcare, innovation, and event-driven networking.
A strong work ethic with a desire to advance and take on greater responsibilities.
Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
A proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree.
