We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will support the Customer Success team in ensuring clients achieve their goals and continue to gain value throughout their journey with In8Sync. You'll be a key point of contact for customers, assisting with onboarding, ongoing support, and relationship management. This role offers hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, with opportunities to grow into a more senior CSM position.

Responsibilities

Assist in onboarding new customers, guiding them through initial setup and product training

Support Customer Success operations and handle day-to-day customer interactions

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and effectively

Help prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including usage data, KPIs, and success plans

Track customer feedback and share insights to inform product improvements and customer strategy

Maintain customer records and contribute to internal knowledge bases and documentation

Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, adoption, and retention

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Interest in customer success, account management, or SaaS/tech industries

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Proficiency in or willingness to learn tools such as NetSuite, Google Workspace, Confluence, and CRM systems

Positive, collaborative mindset with a drive to learn and grow

Bonus Points

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (internships, part-time jobs, etc.)

Background in SaaS, customer success, or business/account management

Familiarity with customer success platforms or business intelligence tools
