Sales and Marketing Representative

We are looking to fill our Sales and Marketing Representative role, an entry level position on our team.

JOB SUMMARY:

The objective for this position is to offer support, satisfaction, and an enjoyable experience for our current clients and future customers through in-person communication and marketing.

To have these positive interactions that continue to support our goals, we are looking for someone who feels as though they would succeed in executing the responsibilities and having the characteristics as follows:

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Talking face-to-face with customers about our clients' services that match customer needs
  • Maintaining and updating customer information as needed
  • Keeping accurate client records using SalesForce
  • Acquire potential new clients and customers
  • Face to face presentations to our customers
  • Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback to supervisors about pricing and promotions

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Retail customer service a major plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • Bilingual language skills a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Stellar customer service skills and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
  • Ability to use phone and computer systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong listening/comprehension skills
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude
