Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/CPA preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in middle management, preferably in governmental finance or accounting.
- Solid understanding of GAAP, governmental accounting policies, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, work independently, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in financial systems and computer applications.
- Knowledge in utility billing, grant management, and payroll regulations is desirable.
