We're seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused professional to guide carriers through DOT/Motor Carrier applications and connect them with essential services like ELD systems, fuel cards, and freight factoring.

What You'll Do

• Process DOT/Motor Carrier applications with the FMCSA with 95%+ accuracy
• Answer client calls and emails, educating carriers on compliance requirements (many clients have no idea what they need!)
• Guide new trucking companies through complete setup process from application to getting on the road
• Identify client needs and facilitate referrals to ELD providers, fuel cards, and other essential services
• Stay current on FMCSA regulations and keep internal team informed of regulatory changes
• Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex requirements simply
• Natural consulting approach - listen first, then provide solutions
• Client service orientation with patience for repetitive questions
• Strong technology aptitude with understanding of systems and software function

Preferred:

• Transportation/trucking industry knowledge (we'll train you!)
• Customer service or client management experience
• Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish)
