HR Administrative Assistant (Int’l Mfg.) – Japan/USA

A reputable international manufacturer is seeking a qualified HR Administrative Assistant for their office located in Vernon, CA. 

 

The HR Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to handling supply inventory, processing payroll, coordinating with staff, reception duties, and other clerical tasks. 

 

Qualifications/Requirements:
*Associates Degree required 

*Prior HR and administrative role experience 

*Excellent written/verbal communication skills 

*Microsoft Word/Excel proficiency
