Bilingual Administrative Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to managers and team members
  • Translate documents and communications between Spanish and English
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Support internal and external communications with Spanish-speaking clients or partners

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a bilingual or multicultural environment
