Client Service Analyst

The Client Service Analyst will be responsible for compiling customer information, confirming the info is accurate, identifying trends, and creating an efficient workflow for each potential client and their confidential information.

This position is a contract role with the opportunity to become a full time permanent hire.

While on contract the role will be in the office full-time Monday-Friday.

Once the contractor is brought on to full-time permanent status the role becomes a Hybrid Schedule. 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home.

Free Parking is also offered for on-site workers

Qualifications

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • High computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of customer service and technology systems highly preferred.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while remaining calm and effective.
  • Be able to have a reliable way to get to the office and show up on a regular schedule Monday through Friday.

Work Experience and Education Requirements

  • 0-5 years plus administrative/office experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
