Carmel, IN Human Resources Coordinator

Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hr

Job Type: Contract to Hire 

Responsibilities:

  • Correspond via email and phone for any HR inquiries
  • Ensure files and records are uploaded and maintained
  • Accurately record employee information into the HRIS system
  • Onboarding new hires and transferring existing employees

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Must have great customer service and organizational skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills are required

This position is hybrid with 1 day at home and 4 days in office.
