The Wolf Group, P.C. (TWG) is a boutique international tax firm that provides specialty U.S. tax services to high-net-worth individuals and privately held companies with cross-border interests. Primary Responsibilities

• Help us better reach our target audiences (existing clients, prospective clients, employees, and international peers) by providing a range of editing services, including copyediting, substantive editing, and some copywriting
• Draft new materials by repurposing other content
• Edit materials for tone, quality, consistency, and alignment with brand image
• Review client materials for user-friendliness and clarity
Support for Marketing & Business Development (40%)
• Edit a variety of marketing materials, including blog posts, FAQs, tax news alerts, speaker proposals, webinar announcements, staff bios, website content, etc.
• Create original materials by repurposing other content
• Relaunch and regularly produce the firm external newsletter
• Contribute to marketing campaigns that spread awareness of and raise visibility of podcasts, speaking engagements, and other business development efforts
Support for Client Materials and Client Communications (40%)
• Edit a variety of materials used to educate, inform, and engage with clients
• Edit materials used in the delivery of client tax services, including tax packages, mass emails, annual client questionnaires, forms and templates, explanations, and value-added communications
• Assist in preparing materials that will help new clients understand what to expect and existing clients learn about changes that affect them
• Review new client tools and questionnaires for ease of use, clarity, and appropriateness
Support for Firm Initiatives (20%)
• Edit and help draft internal manuals, guides, policy and process documents, decision matrices, tools and templates, and materials to share updates on employee and firm activities
• Assist in reviewing internal firm communications, presentations, celebratory announcements, etc.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience editing a variety of materials for a variety of audiences and purposes
• Native-level English language abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
• Interest in international matters and exposure to different cultures
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to interact effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
