Logistics Technician

HIRING RANGE DOQ: $23.95 - $25.91 hourly

DEADLINE FOR FILING: August 1, 2025; closing at 5 p.m.

JOB SUMMARY

Located within the Fire Rescue team, this role will support daily operations, with a focus on the management of software, inventory, and procurement. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for SFFR’s training, education, and records management system, Vector Solutions, ensuring data integrity and comprehensive reporting. This role will also support the procurement of supplies and materials needed for training and education needs. Desired skillsets include effective communication, proven collaboration, strong organizational skills, and the ability to think critically and adapt.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

Graduation from an accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school with an associate degree in business administration or related technical fields with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in technical service and maintenance support with strong customer service, writing, financial, and computer skills; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.
