This position is eligible to work a hybrid telework schedule. The physical reporting location for this position is close to historic Folsom, eateries, shopping, walking trails, and offers free parking! This position is not located inside of a prison.

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager III of the Entry to Employment Program (E2E) within Workforce Development (WD), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst will provide program operation support and complete analytical functions related to the various E2E programs.

- Experience identifying trends, updating procedures, developing audit reports, and supporting graphs and charts
- Experience producing manuals, guidelines, reports, and/or other written material for internal and external stakeholders
- Computer skills with emphasis in Microsoft products. (i.e., Microsoft, Excel, database systems)
- Customer Service experience
- Education beyond high school
- Ability to work under pressure with a high degree of initiative and perform multiple tasks with accuracy
- Ability to exercise good judgment, and act with flexibility and diplomacy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues, work cooperatively as a team as well as independently, and maintain professional relationships with departmental staff and internal/external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities, and meet deadlines within challenging time constraints
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present information to management
