Overview: We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on visual storytelling through impactful graphic design, video production, and photography while also playing a key role in tradeshow planning and execution. If you're a visual communicator with a passion for marketing, this is your chance to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

Creative Content Production

  • Design high-quality digital and print assets including brochures, social graphics, presentations, infographics, email visuals, signage, and more.
  • Shoot and edit engaging videos for brand storytelling.
  • Capture compelling photos of products, people, and behind-the-scenes moments for use across marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with engineering, management and other marketing members to ensure visuals align with brand voice and messaging.

Tradeshow & Event Support

  • Coordinate all logistics for company tradeshows including booth planning, shipping and vendor communication.
  • Design and order branded materials and promotional items for events.

Marketing Operations

  • Assist in maintaining the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and visually polished.
  • Help execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay current on design trends, marketing tools, and new ways to elevate brand storytelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a creative marketing or design role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with photography (DSLR) and video production/editing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating events or tradeshows is a strong plus.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for creative problem-solving.
