The Opportunity
You will support our Marketing team on a variety of activities as we scale business operations and improve our processes.
Role Responsibilities
The Creative Design Intern will provide general support to Cynuria’s marketing team across a variety of initiatives, contributing to visual content creation and digital media projects. Responsibilities may include:
- Design and develop social media graphics, short-form videos, and multimedia content to support Cynuria’s digital marketing efforts.
- Support the creation and refinement of compelling marketing and proposal materials (e.g., social media content, videos, email templates, pitch decks, and visual presentations) to effectively communicate Cynuria's value proposition and secure new opportunities
- Assist with the design and maintenance of website visuals, including banners, icons, and multimedia elements, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create reusable templates in Canva for social media, emails, and other marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency across all outputs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., consulting staff, leadership) to gather information and ensure alignment of marketing content with broader business goals
- Organizing and storing marketing files as directed in the shared drive structure
- Actively participate in internal staff meetings, contributing ideas and taking notes to ensure efficient communication and project progress
- Daily use of Google Suite and the G-Drive
Project Specific Responsibilities
- Social media support: Design and create engaging graphics to support Cynuria’s social media content. This includes collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative visual concepts that align with the brand’s tone and messaging. You will also assist in sourcing, formatting, and preparing visuals for regular social media updates, ensuring consistency and high-quality presentation across all platforms.
- Video creation: Support the development of short-form videos and animations for Cynuria’s social media channels, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms. This includes editing video clips, adding captions, and optimizing content for different formats such as Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and YouTube Shorts. Your work will help enhance Cynuria’s digital storytelling and improve engagement through dynamic visual content.
- AI content and tool support: Contribute to Cynuria’s AI-focused content series by providing visual and creative support. This involves creating thumbnails, graphics, and social media visuals to accompany AI-generated content. You will assist in formatting and refining these materials to ensure they are polished, engaging, and ready for publication across various platforms.
- Website support: Assist with updating and refreshing website visuals to maintain a consistent and professional brand presence online. You will also help with formatting adjustments and perform quality checks to ensure all content on the website is visually aligned with Cynuria’s brand guidelines.
- Email campaign development: Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually appealing and brand-aligned email templates. Your work will support lead generation and promotional efforts by creating engaging layouts and graphics that encourage audience interaction. You will also help ensure that all email designs are consistent with Cynuria’s overall visual identity.
- Brand asset management in Canva: Assist in organizing Cynuria’s brand assets into a structured Canva library and on Google Drive, making it easier for the team to access and use these resources efficiently. Additionally, you will help create reusable templates for social media, email, and other marketing materials to maintain visual consistency across all of Cynuria’s content.

- Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
- Ability to design content using various visual content creation tools.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Work Environment and Physical Demands of the Job: Working remotely, all work is computer-based, including frequent video meetings. Core working hours are on Eastern Standard Time.
