Administrative Assistant
Twin Rivers Body Shop is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their customer service team in North Platte!
The Administrative Assistant must provide excellent customer service, demonstrate exceptional communication skills and work well in a team environment.
Administrative Assistant Compensation & Benefits:
- $17-21 per hour, based on experience

Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
- Greeting customers and communicating in a professional and timely manner via phone, e-mail and walk-ins.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in the workplace, where job tasks change quickly
- Exhibits teamwork
- Must maintain an organized workspace
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office Products, and have the desire to learn new computer systems for industry use
- Organize and maintain the customer workflow schedule
- Organize incoming mail and tag parts
- Enter data and notes daily
- Accept payments
- Submit insurance information as needed
- Maintaining office equipment and supplies
- Provide support to Office Manager and Shop Manager
- Assist with File Management
Administrative Assistant Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Administrative Assistant must have an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR.
