📍 Office Management Intern – People Innovation Team (Lisbon, Portugal)
Duration: 6 months | Type: Paid Internship | Hours: Up to 25 hours per week  Start Date: August 2025

About the Role:
Arkadium is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Management Intern to support our People Innovation Team in Lisbon. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office operations, employee experience, and administrative coordination within a dynamic, global company.

What You'll Do:
You’ll play a key role in keeping our Lisbon office running smoothly by supporting the following areas:

📦 Manage office supplies, snacks, and coffee inventory and replenishment

🍽 Assist with organizing team lunches, office events, and wellness activities

🧾 Help with invoice reconciliation, timesheet tracking, and administrative tasks

🎁 Coordinate swag orders and special deliveries for team celebrations

🤝 Provide "white glove" hospitality service to international visitors, including support with accommodations, hotel bookings, car services, and local itineraries

📅 Collaborate with the People Innovation Team to support broader employee experience initiatives

Reporting To:
This role will report to Ines Capela, Senior HR Business Partner and supports the People Innovation Team.

Who You Are:

Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, HR, Hospitality, or a related field

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Comfortable multitasking and taking initiative in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment

Friendly, service-oriented, and a team player

Proficient in English and Portuguese
